Working on her most recent cookbook, Natasha contacted me about translating a recipe from Michael Kempf, a 2-starred Michelin Chef, for inclusion in her book. In the end, I not only translated the recipe but also summarized information from several German-language sources to create a short bio for Chef Kempf’s profile in the book.
Kristal did a wonderful job on the translation of Chef Kempf’s recipe, and worked with us carefully to make sure that some of the more ambiguous culinary terms were translated appropriately.
