South End Storage was working on a complete re-design of their website, and they wanted to make sure that their website copy reflected the friendly new virtual face of their business. Working closely with them and their web designer, we completed a series of branding exercises to pinpoint the tone and feel they wanted to communicate. We also took the opportunity to SEO optimize their website, allowing them to get more Google traffic for “Boat and RV storage” rather than the less-lucrative “mini storage” traffic they had been getting.
